Drupal form are loaded with fieldsets, fields and instructions, which could overwhelm new user. Platino includes BeautyTips, a jQuery tooltip, to reduce the description to tooltip and display them only when a field is hovered or on focused. Besides cleaning up the forms, the tooltip is cool too.

The tooltip is enabled for user form and node form (all content types) only. Some screenshots:
